I love a good IKEA hack, and this one certainly will not disappoint.   Its an upcycle of the IKEA Tarva line which, I’m not sure if its new all around, but it was new to me.   I was in IKEA yesterday, and my heart flipped when I saw the Tarva display.   The Tarva line is basically unfinished wood dressers and night stands, that are targeted for DIYers to come and paint, or stain, or make something cool from them.   Very smart of IKEA to embrace the whole IKEA hack phenomenon, and market to that crowd.   Check out these super cool upcycled dressers they had on display, using the Tarva line:

I love these ideas, and how IKEA is really embracing a community of DIYers and hackers, that is sending them a LOT of love.

Well I’ve got an other creation to share with you, using these exact same dressers.  They didn’t go the paint route, but what they did is spectactular and SO SO SO easy.

Doesn’t it look like she created 3 separate drawers going all the way across???
