If you haven’t seen “The High/Low Project” on HGTV – you gotta check it out. Its a great show – and pretty much sums up my favorite parts of the whole DIY thing. I love to find super cool pieces in designer stores, especially ones that are WAAAAAAY overpriced that I would never dream of spending whatever amount is on the price tag – and taking those as inspiration for my own DIY projects. In the High Low project, the designer creates fabulous looking spaces for tens of thousands of dollars, and then recreates the same look, for like 20% of the original cost.
So I thought it would be fun to take some of her designs and finds, and see if you, my talented designer worthy readers, can tell which ones are the cheaper version knockoffs.
